Description of the veterinary drug

Ditrim for animals belongs to the group of effective, complex antibacterial drugs. Available in the form of a sterile injectable alkaline solution of light yellow, light brown color, as well as in the form of a suspension for oral use. Packaged in dark neutral glass bottles of 10, 20, 50, 100 ml, which are hermetically sealed with aluminum caps and packed in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use. Packages and bottles must bear the inscription “Sterile” and “For animals”.

Description of the drug

Ditrim is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, its purpose is to treat domestic animals for diseases caused by various bacteria:

Ditrim is produced in the form of a liquid solution, its color is light yellow. Glass bottles of 20, 50, 100 ml for oral administration are available. When preventing diseases in birds, one milliliter of the drug is diluted in a liter of water. The animal must consume this solution for three days. For diseases, prepare the same solution as for rabbits.

Medicine for ducks is prepared differently: for prophylaxis, two milliliters of medicine are taken per liter of water and served to the bird for three days. When treating diseases, take a milliliter of Ditrim per liter of water.

The dosage regimen is similar to the treatment of rabbits.

When discontinuing the use of the drug Ditrim and its first use, no signs of action were found.

If you miss a dose of medication, you must resume use according to the previous regimen in the same dosage. The use of the drug in a syringe with procaine and benzocaine is prohibited.

The slaughter of an animal for meat is allowed after a month, and the consumption of dairy products after a week after taking the drug Ditrim.

Overdose
